A beautiful, renovated country barn in the Perigord Vert area of the north Dordogne, retaining the traditional French country style, with fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. This charming, spacious cottage with its own private entrance and parking, patio, garden and pool is set on the outskirts of the quiet hamlet of Lapouge but within easy reach of all main facilities. The surrounding fields and woods have plenty of wildlife and wild flowers. Excellent for bird watching, rambling and walking. Very quiet but not isolated.

The town of Piegut is 4 kms, has all main facilities and an extensive Wednesday morning market. Nontron -9kms – has all main facilities, a large Saturday market and a famous knife factory. There is local horse riding, carp fishing, Kart and quad track (9kms) many ancient sites, chateaux and caves.
